EASY ONLINE FUNDRAISING

Bike 2 DC - Ride To Honor is a fundraising event benefitting Charlotte's Finest Legacy Foundation and its mission. Registered riders accept two challenges. The first is to ride 500 miles in just four days. But more importantly, the second is to raise money for this amazing organization. All riders and volunteers agree to a minimum fundraising amount based on the category selected during registration. Riders can reach their goal by donating to their fundraising effort or by sharing their custom PledgeReg fundraising page with friends, family, and co-workers. PledgeReg makes sharing your message about why you are raising money while making it easy to collect donations.

When you complete your online registration, you will be directed to set up a fundraising page on the PledgeReg platform. You can create a fundraising team, join an already established team, or create an individual fundraising page. Teams are a great way for organizations or groups of friends to pool funds together.
  • If you don't wish to fundraise, you can meet the minimum fundraising goal by donating to your own PledgeReg account.
  • All fundraising minimums are in addition to the registration fee paid to participate in the 2023 Bike 2 DC - Ride To Honor event.
  • Minimum fundraising goals must be met no later than 8:00 am on 5/9/2023.
  • All proceeds from the event benefit Charlotte's Finest Legacy Foundation, a 501(c)3 charity. All donations are tax-deductible to the extent that IRS rules allow.

ABOUT CHARLOTTE'S FINEST LEGACY FOUNDATION

The Charlotte's Finest Legacy Foundation was established to provide the youth of Charlotte, NC and Mecklenburg County with the freedom to continue their education past high school. The Charlotte's Finest Legacy Foundation is the result of a collaborative effort designed to honor the memory of Charlotte's Fallen Heroes by furthering their legacy through the pursuit of higher education.

The mission of the Charlotte's Finest Legacy Foundation is to provide youth with the opportunity to pursue a career in Law Enforcement through the aid of a college scholarship program

MINIMUM FUNDRAISING PLEDGES

  • Bike 2 DC - Day 1
    The minimum fundraising pledge is $200.

  • Bike 2 DC - Full-Ride LAW ENFORCEMENT
    The minimum fundraising pledge is a $700.

  • Bike 2 DC - Full Ride SUPPORTER
    The minimum fundraising pledge is $1200. Your efforts will secure your spot this year and help cover the cost of our Law Enforcement riders.

  • Bike 2 DC - Full Ride SUPPORT TEAM VOLUNTEER
    The minimum fundraising pledge is a $700.
